You already know what a day with us looks like. Nothing about that changes. The only difference is that your dog gets there and back on our bus, so your Tuesday mornings get a bit easier.
What's Included
Pay just $15 extra on top of your normal daycare fee for return transport, plus the usual unlimited cuddles* (cuddles are strictly for dogs)
Door-to-door pickup between 6:00 and 7:30am
The same full day at K9 Heaven: farm runs, enrichment and supervised play
A bath before they head home, so they come back clean, not muddy
Drop-off from 3pm, straight to your door or your yard.
How to claim your Tuesday seat
Just reply to the email that brought you here and let us know you’d like a seat.
Seats are allocated in the order replies come in, with survey respondents getting first offer. Once your seat is confirmed, we’ll be in touch to set up your weekly subscription.

You don’t need to be home for pickup or drop-off. Just leave your dog somewhere we can reach on the property, like the front or back yard. If you’d rather we collect them from inside, share your key or alarm code and we’ll take care of the rest, and pop them back inside at the end of the day.

How is this different from my usual daycare day?
It isn’t. Your dog gets exactly the same day at K9 Heaven. The shuttle just takes care of getting them there and back.
How much does it cost?
$15 per Tuesday on top of your normal daycare fee.
How does booking work?
You’re reserving a weekly seat on the bus every Tuesday. It runs as a subscription, so we’ll need a card on file.
When does my dog get picked up & dropped off?
Pickup is between 6:00 and 7:30am, and drop-off is from 3pm onwards. We’ll confirm your specific window once your seat is booked.
Do I need to be home for pickup or drop-off?
Not at all. Yard access is perfect, or we can collect from inside with your key or alarm code.
What if my dog is nervous about the bus?
That’s completely normal for a first ride. Our team already knows your dog, and we’ll take things at their pace. Most dogs settle in within a trip or two.

Massey, Hobsonville and Whenuapai.
When does the new route start?
The new route is scheduled to begin from October 27th. Spots are limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.
